Lydia is an amazing agent and in a league of her own. We had a previous agent try to sell our home and the minute the ink was dry on the contract, he disappeared. We never heard from him until one day, an offer was presented to us and the nightmare began. The inspector miss cited multiple items wrong with our house and the buyer asked for an exorbitant amount of repairs. Our "agent" said that if we did not do the repairs, the next buyer would ask for the same so we should do EVERYTHING. But we knew many of the items "found" were false. Our agent wasn't even on our side!!? We refused. Buyer walked. Lydia came highly recommended by our friends and she was amazing. She had a buyer within days (for a higher offer price!) and walked through each item on the old report with the new buyer and a 2nd inspector explaining why the findings were not true. We went from a toxic situation to a calm and pleasant one all while seamlessly moving into our new home also with Lydia's help. She's an absolute angel and most importantly, she was on OUR side.
